New Year, Continued Growth


I had a few dollars in my IRA sitting there as cash.  I had not had the best luck picking “safe” stocks to my retirement account.  So far the mutual fund, PRGFX, was outperforming my other picks.  Since there is no fee to add more money in and the minimum buy-in is only $100 after you start, I decided that my mutual fund should be my main investment in my IRA account.  I may move everything into that fund later in the year.

For now, I made the following investment:

I bought 4.133 shares of PRGFX for $62.55 each, total cost was $258.93.
